Circular 5 of 2023 - Impact of extended power supply failure/loadshedding to the consumer credit market
The National Credit Regulator invites stakeholders to submit comments and inputs on questionnaires assessing the impact of extended power supply failures on the consumer credit market. Registrants must provide feedback by close of business on Monday, 6 October 2023, via email to Mr Bongani Gwexe and Ms Mmalefa Motaung. These findings will inform future decisions affecting all registrants.
