Circular 54/2008 — Modifies Circular 2031/97
The Bank of Mexico modifies the Operational Rules of the Reciprocal Payments and Credits Agreement by updating the catalog of authorized institutions from Argentina and Brazil. This action updates specific annex pages (A.II.1, A.II.19, and A.II.23.1) to reflect changes made by the Central Bank of Argentina and the Central Bank of Brazil regarding which institutions are permitted to operate under the agreement with the Association of Latin American Integration (ALADI) members and the Dominican Republic.
