Circular 88/2025/TT-BTC Amending Reporting Regimes for Securities Investment Funds and Companies
The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 88/2025/TT-BTC to mandate that securities investment fund management companies, representative offices, branch offices, and foreign fund management companies submit periodic reports electronically via the State Securities Commission's database system. This regulation amends existing circulars to standardize digital reporting requirements for these entities, effective October 20, 2025. It also establishes protocols for handling force majeure disruptions by allowing temporary alternative submission methods until the primary system is restored.
