Circular 9/2011 — Modifies Circular 2031/97
The Bank of Mexico updates the catalogs of authorized institutions for the reciprocal payments and credits agreement in Annex II of Circular 2031/97. The modifications reflect changes made by the Central Banks of Brazil, Uruguay, and Venezuela to their respective lists of authorized institutions. The updated catalogs for these three countries are included in the circular.
