The Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina establishes that excesses in holdings of other companies providing complementary financial services, resulting from the accumulation of positive results, are not considered related party transactions provided the applicable margins were met at the time of acquisition and the excesses do not stem from decreases in calculable equity or total assets. If new capital contributions are made to these or other companies, compliance with maximum ratios must be verified based on the total book value of all holdings, including new acquisitions.
