Circular addressed to Companies and individuals registered to act as a company service provider in terms of the Company Service Providers Act
Companies and individuals registered as company service providers are required to complete the Annual Compliance Return for the 2019 financial year. The reporting deadline is the end of the financial year for companies and by the end of April for individuals. The Authority has updated the 2020 ACR with additional drop-down menus and provided access credentials for the LH Portal, requiring users to verify their login details and report any staff changes.
