Circular addressed to Company Service Providers in relation to 2023 Regulatory Submissions
The Malta Financial Services Authority issued this circular to newly authorised company service providers regarding mandatory 2023 regulatory submissions. It mandates that all CSPs submit a Certificate of Compliance for the 2022 calendar year by 31 January 2023 via the LH-Portal without any waivers. Conversely, the Authority waived the Annual Self-Declaration requirement for Under Threshold CSPs for 2023 only, while reminding them of their ongoing obligation to report any changes in classification thresholds immediately.
