Circular addressed to Trustees and other fiduciaries authorised in terms of article 43 of the Trusts and Trustees Act
Trustees and other fiduciaries authorised under article 43 of the Trusts and Trustees Act are required to complete the Annual Compliance Return for the 2019 financial year. The reporting deadline is the end of the financial year for companies and by the end of April for individuals. Authorised persons must access the return via the LH Portal using provided credentials and update the Authority if designated users are no longer employed. The MFSA notes an extension of two months for Financial Statements due in March or April 2020, as per a circular issued on 21 March 2020.
