Submission Dates for Statistical Reports to the Bank of Luxembourg

Dear Sirs,

We have the honour to refer to Circular BCL 2002/171 regarding the modification of statistical collection to provide you, by means of this circular, with the schedule for the submission of monthly and quarterly statistical reports during the year 2003.

It is recalled to the relevant declarants that the Bank of Luxembourg must transmit the monthly statistical report to the European Central Bank within 15 business days and the quarterly statistical reports within 28 business days following the period to which they relate. It is therefore essential that institutions strictly respect the submission dates defined in this circular so that the Bank of Luxembourg can fulfil its commitments within the European System of Central Banks (ESCB).

1. Statistical Report S 1.3 "Monthly Balance Sheet of Collective Investment Schemes"

The monthly statistical report S 1.3 "Monthly Balance Sheet of Collective Investment Schemes" must reach the Bank of Luxembourg within 10 business days following the end of the month to which it relates. The submission schedule below lists the exact dates by which the aforementioned table must be submitted, at the latest, to the Bank of Luxembourg during the year 2003.

The quarterly statistical reports S 2.10 "Breakdown by Country", S 2.11 "Breakdown by Currency" and S 2.12 "Breakdown by Economic Sector" must reach the Bank of Luxembourg within 20 business days following the end of the month to which they relate.
