  We address you in relation to the service of collection of contributions and levies destined for the National Directorate of Social Security Collection - Chapter V, of Circular SPECIAL SERVICES - SERVI - 1 (Communication "A" 89) of 11.1.1982.
  In this regard, we inform you that as from 2.5.84 deposits made by cheques or money orders, made in favour of the national social security system by obligated persons or responsible persons (including self-employed workers), must be drawn on the paying banks of those documents, and therefore instruments drawn on banks other than those will not be accepted. Likewise, and at the request of the aforementioned Body, we remind you of the obligation to comply with the rules contained in point 1.5. of the aforementioned Chapter V, in the sense of verifying, at the moment of accepting the deposit, that the respective payment slip is correctly completed in all the corresponding items. Finally, we inform you that the provisions of point 3., Chapter V of Circular SPECIAL SERVICES - SERVI - 1 (Communication "A" 89) and of point 1., Chapter VI of Circular CLEARING HOUSES - CAMCO - 1 (Communication "A" 15) are rendered without effect, given that applications for adherence to Law No. 20.147 are no longer received, nor are deposits from responsible persons and obligated persons destined for the National Reserve Fund for Retirement and Pensions. In due course we will send you the pages that must be incorporated in replacement of the texts made known in the aforementioned compilations. We greet you very attentively.
