We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the following resolution:

"- Incorporate into point 13.2 of the consolidated text on Foreign Exchange and Currency, in which the deadlines for accessing the foreign exchange market to pay for services provided or to be provided to non-residents starting from 12/13/23 are established, the following:

'13.2.x. the payment corresponds to an operation that falls under the concept "S31. Freight services for goods export operations" in which freight forms part of the sale conditions agreed with the buyer of the goods and is finalized once the export has obtained the shipping clearance granted by Customs.'

Likewise, we inform you that we will subsequently send you the sheets that, in replacement of those previously provided, will need to be incorporated into the reference norms.
