___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the following resolution, effective as of 13/06/25:

To nullify the provisions set forth in subsection iii) of point 3. of Communication A 8230.
To incorporate into point 3.16.3.5. of the consolidated text on Foreign Exchange and Currency, repatriation operations by non-residents conducted under the provisions of point 3. of Communication A 8230 and its complementary regulations.
Furthermore, we inform you that we will subsequently deliver the forms to replace those previously provided, which must be incorporated into the referenced regulations.
