ANNEX
The term tranches reported in the position of the previous month (n-1) will be added and the percentages of each tranche over the total will be determined. The term tranches reported in the position of the month under report (n) will be added and the percentages determined in the previous month (n-1) will be applied. This procedure will be applied considering jointly fixed-term deposits (codes 10140X/M and 10175X/001) and reprogrammed deposits "CEDROS" (codes 10171X/001). For peso deposits (M=001) subject to differential rates according to Category I or Categories II to VI, a joint structure will be determined in month n-1 that will be applied to both groups of categories in month n. If concepts have been reported under code 70400X/010, the average of fixed terms in US dollars corresponding to period (n) must be reduced by the amount resulting from the calculation provided in point 1.2.4. for item 70400X/010 prior to applying the residual term structure of period (n-1). Code 10141X/M In the case of automatic extension of term, the extended term (180 days or more, as agreed) will be considered constantly. If the client opts for revocation of the extension, the remaining term until maturity will be computed. Code 101490/001 Investments at term instrumented in non-transferable registered certificates, in pesos, corresponding to public sector holders that have the right to exercise the early cancellation option within a period of less than 30 days from their constitution will be included. Code 101450/M Term obligations for foreign financial lines, not instrumented through term deposits or debt securities (points 1.3.7. and 1.3.9. of the rules on "Minimum Cash"), including obligations with correspondents, except lines destined for the financing of foreign trade operations, will be recorded. Code 10171X/001 The amount of reprogrammed deposits "CEDROS" and the corresponding accrued CER will be included. The residual terms of each amortization service will be determined independently. Code 10180X/M Debt Securities will be included, comprising negotiable obligations and restructured obligations. The residual terms of payment obligations in capital installments will be computed independently for each amortization service with maturity within the year, counted from each of the days of the position to which the minimum cash corresponds. Code 102060/M Demand obligations originated in foreign financial lines will be included, except obligations for lines destined for the financing of foreign trade operations. Code 102100/M
Unused balances of overdrafts in current accounts corresponding to formalized agreements that do not contain clauses that enable the entity to discretionally and unilaterally dispose of the annulment of the possibility of use of said margins will be recorded. Code 102150/M Commercial banks will report the total demand deposits of non-bank financial entities. Code 102170/M Demand deposits - whatever the modality - that constitute the assets of investment funds, in accordance with the provisions of the National Securities Commission, will be included. Code 102180/M Term deposits - whatever the modality - that constitute the assets of investment funds, in accordance with the provisions of the National Securities Commission, will be included. Code 102090/010 Demand obligations for transfers from abroad pending settlement that exceed 72 business hours from the date of their accreditation will be included. Codes 101500/M, 102160/M and 300700/TP Obligations for which specific increases in requirement due to liability concentration have been arranged will be reported. For their computation, the following methodology must be applied:
a) In the codes provided for deposits (demand and term) and other obligations, the monthly average of daily balances will be recorded including deposits that verify excessive concentration of liabilities (in holders and/or terms), on which the normal minimum cash rate for the period considered will be calculated. b) In codes 101500/M, 102160/M and 300700/TP, the monthly average of daily balances of deposits and other obligations that verify any of the factors described in point 1.7. of Section 1. of the rules on "Minimum cash" will be recorded. The requirement to be applied will be that resulting from the difference between the one determined for these obligations and the normal calculated according to point a). The entity will report those items with the incremental requirement already calculated, with which it will be considered in that way for the calculation of the total requirement of the period. Code 102400/M The amount of the defect in the application of lending capacity corresponding to foreign currency deposits, determined in code 400/M, will be reported.
1.2.4. Reduction of the average requirement (in pesos and dollars)
Code 701000/001
The amount to be deducted from the total average requirement determined for each period, calculated based on the application of the corresponding percentage according to the table included in point 1.5.1. of Section 1. of the rules on "Minimum cash", will be recorded. For this, the following methodology will be used:

{[805000/001 (n-1) + 806000/001 (n-1)] / 807000/001 (n-1)} = % participation of financing according to table of point 1.5.1. of Section 1. of the rules on "Minimum cash". Items subject to requirement in pesos (code 100000/001) * % deduction according to table of point 1.5.1. of Section 1. of the rules on "Minimum cash". For the purposes of computing financing to MiPyMES to determine the participation percentage, it will be taken into account whether they meet that condition at the time of granting the assistance, considering all outstanding financing. If the borrower ceases to meet the MiPyME condition, the financing granted up to that moment will be computed. Code 702000/001 The amount to be deducted from the total average requirement determined for each period, calculated based on the following expression, will be recorded:
(Code 808001/001 * Ps1) +(Code 808002/001 * Pn1) + (Code 809001/001 * Ps2)
Likewise, it will be verified that the sum of the amounts recorded under code 81200X/010 does not exceed the sum of fixed-term deposits in dollars reported for period (n) recorded in code 10140X/010. Then:
Code 750000/M-TP
The amounts of non-integrated requirements (ENI) for each of the currencies and/or debt instruments with respect to which the entity exercises the transfer option will be reported. For its calculation, the numerals of the period under report will be computed, divided by the number of days of the period to which the transfer is made. To determine the transfer of the requirement, the following methodology will be used: EEMA (n) = [EEF (n)] + [ENI (n-1)] where:
EEMA (n): Adjusted minimum cash requirement corresponding to month "n" [EEF (n)]: Minimum cash requirement according to current rules corresponding to month "n" [ENI (n-1)]: Non-integrated requirement of month "n-1", reported in code 750000/M –TP If: I (n) < or = than [EEMA (n) * 0.8] => Maximum transferable defect = EEMA (n) * 0.20 () If: I (n) > [EEMA (n) * 0.8] => Maximum transferable defect = EEMA (n) - I(n) () where:
I (n): Integration of the month under report.
The calculation of the transferable amount will be made for each of the currencies and/or debt instruments on which the entity exercises the option and the exemptions reported in codes 651000/M-TP, 661000/M-TP and 671000/M-TP will be computed. In the case of the transferable requirement in pesos (Code 750000/001), to determine the adjusted requirement in said currency (EEMA n), the amount of Code 700000/001 (Reduction of requirement) will also be subtracted. The entity may choose not to make any transfer or to make it partially and, consequently, pay the charge for the total amount of the defect determined in the month under report or for a part of it, for which it must report the amount it decides to transfer in code 750000/M-TP. The total defect on which the calculation of the charge corresponds will be the positive result of the following expression:
EEMA (n) - Code 750000/M-TP recalculated () – I (n) () To verify both the maximum transferable amount and any defects that may arise, the amount reported in month (n) in code 750000/M-TP will be recalculated by multiplying it by the number of days of period (n+1) and dividing it by the days of period (n) Once the first transfer is made, it must be verified that, in some period up to the 6th month inclusive, the following is met:
EEMA (n) – I (n) = 0 or (-)
If in the 6th month the result is (+) the charge will be debited - applying the current rate - on said result.

MONTHLY ACCOUNTING INFORMATION REGIME
B.C.R.A. 5. MINIMUM CASH AND APPLICATION OF RESOURCES (R.I.-E.M.-A.R.)
Section 1. Minimum Cash
The month following the one in which the entity makes the total integration, that is: EEMA (n) – I (n) = 0 or (-) or opts to enter the charge on the total amount of the defect determined in the month, it may transfer again up to 20% of the EEMA (n) for up to another 6 months. For the purposes of computing the maximum transfer period, positions that cover more than one monthly period will be considered as one month.
1.5. Minimum daily requirement and integration
Code 451000/M
For its determination, the corresponding percentage on the requirement of the previous month (without the effect of transfers), recalculated in cases where changes in rates and concepts in force are arranged, must be considered. To determine the minimum daily requirement in pesos, the amount of code 700000/001 (Reduction of requirement) will also be deducted from the average requirement of the previous month. It is clarified that said recalculation must also be made with respect to the defects in the application of lending capacity in foreign currency recorded in the month prior to the one under report. To determine the aforementioned requirement, the following methodology will be followed:
a) [EEMA (n-1) - I(n-1)] < [EEMA (n-1) * 0.20] then:
I(n) = ED1 * EM (n-1) b) [EEMA (n-1) - I(n-1)] > [EEMA (n-1) * 0.20] then:
I(n) = ED2 * EM (n-1)
ED1 and ED2: daily requirement percentages in force for the reported period.
When modifications in requirement rates are arranged for a certain period (n), for the calculation of the minimum daily requirement the following will be taken into account:
[Items subject of period (n-1) * requirement of period (n) ] * ED1 or ED2, as applicable.
To determine the minimum daily requirement in pesos, the following will be observed:
{ [ Items subject of period (n-1) * requirement of period (n) ] - Code 700000/001} * ED1 or ED2.
Code 451200/M
For its determination, the corresponding percentage on the requirement of deposits and term obligations of the previous month (according to detail of items of code 903200/M) - without the effect of transfers and the defect in application of resources -, recalculated in cases where changes in rates and concepts in force are arranged, must be considered. Section 1. Minimum Cash
Code 4520xx/M
The daily detail - by real amounts - of the integration corresponding to the minimum requirement determined for the period under report will be included.
1.6. Exemptions
The amounts that arise as a consequence of the application of exemptions granted by the Central Bank will be included, also recording the number and date of the Resolution through which it was granted or the number of note and date through which such decision was communicated. A detailed description of the calculation of the exemption for the reported period will also be added, based on the provisions of the Resolution or note referred to in the previous paragraph. To include the detail of the exemption(s) granted by the B.C.R.A., the text file established through the corresponding record design must be used.
1.7. Charges
1.7.1. Determination
To calculate the charges corresponding to monthly positions, the following methodology is used:
[EEMA(n) - Code 750000/M-TP(n) recalculated according to point 1.5. - I (n) – 671000/M-TP (n) = Net defect per currency or debt instrument (expressed in numerals) For M = 001, the amount of Code 700000/001 will also be deducted Defect * (T.N.A. / 36500) * 1000 = Charge per currency or debt instrument Charge/M –TP – Code 681000/M - TP = Charge to be debited Charges for defect in minimum daily integration (per currency) will be calculated as follows:
[Sum of daily defects (per currency) * (TNA / 36500)] * 1000 After deducting the exemptions included in code 682000/M.
In case of coexisting integration defects, the amount to be debited will be the greater of:
Charge for minimum daily integration defects and the charge for the average position.
The comparison will be made taking into account the currency in which the position that gave rise to the determination of charges is expressed. Version: 14a. COMMUNICATION "A" 5546 Validity:

The conversion to pesos of the determined charges will be made using the reference exchange rate of the US dollar disseminated by the B.C.R.A. corresponding to the business day prior to the date of presentation of the debit note or, as the case may be, of the due date set for it. For the amount of the charge, a debit note (Form 3030) will be attached indicating as the concept of the operation "Charge for defect in integration of Minimum Cash" in (mention the currency or debt instrument in question). To determine the interest applicable to charges not entered in a timely manner, the different rates in force during the period of default will be considered.
1.7.2. Situations that give rise to the presentation of compliance programs.
a) [EEMA (n) – IEM(n)] > [EEMA(n) * 0.20]
In two consecutive positions or four alternate positions within one year. b) [EEMA(n) – IEM(n)] (+) Whatever its magnitude and if the entity opted to pay charges. In three consecutive positions or four alternate positions within one year, as long as situation a) is not recorded. To determine the final positions, they must be computed by currency and/or debt instruments and considering the effect of the exemptions reported in codes 651000/M-TP, 661000/M-TP and 671000/M-TP
