The Central Bank of the Republic Argentina repeals a 75% capital requirement increase for solvency verification and nullifies specific points within the rules on distribution of results. It replaces the provision on significant sanctions with a new rule requiring the registration of fines exceeding 25% of the last computable net worth or other penalties imposed in the last five years by the Central Bank, the Financial Information Unit, the Securities Commission, or the Superintendence of Insurance, unless corrective measures have been approved by the Superintendence of Financial and Currency Entities. These adjustments apply to financial entities.
