  ___________________________________________________________________________ We address you regarding the aforementioned requirement in light of the issuance of Communication “A” 7848. The affected entities, detailed in Annex II for the financings corresponding to Quota 2023-2024, must report the data described in Annex I. This requirement must be submitted monthly for the period between October 2023 and March 2024, both inclusive, and its deadline will correspond to that of the Monthly Accounting Information Regime - Debtors of the Financial System. 1. Description of the requirement
   Amounts shall be expressed in thousands of pesos without decimals. For the purposes of rounding magnitudes, values shall be incremented by one unit when the first digit of the fractions is equal to or greater than 5, discarding those that are lower. 2. Operational Instructions
2.1. General Instructions
This information will have a monthly frequency and will be recorded in accordance with the record design included in point 2.4. of this requirement. For the identification of the same, use 00103 for regime code and 00007 for requirement code. Data records will be included in the file “MIPYME2324.TXT” which must be sent from October 2023 to March 2024, both inclusive. Entities that grant loans jointly with other entities (syndicated loans) will report exclusively the amounts corresponding to their percentage of participation in the granting of financing to the debtor that corresponds.
2.2. Validation of information
Once the information is processed, the result of the validation process will be available on the secure site https://www3.bcra.gob.ar according to the procedure established in Section 1. of Submission of information to the Central Bank.
2.3. Rectifying information
Financial entities may submit rectifying information for the Requirement without prior authorization.
