We address you to inform you that it has been resolved to extend, on an exceptional basis, the deadlines for the submission of monthly informational regimes - duly listed in Communication "A" 7590 - corresponding to the periods of February and March 2025, which will operate on March 26, 2025, and April 24, 2025, respectively.

This deadline will also apply to requirements whose deadline operates with the "Debtors of the Financial System" Information Regime and to quarterly informational requirements that are subject to the deadline of the monthly informational regime.

Likewise, it is highlighted that the original deadline will be maintained for the I.R. "Transparency Chapter II – Module Commissions, charges and rates for users of financial services", Section C - "Composition of the General Exchange Position" corresponding to the I.R. Exchange Operations, and the requirement "Identification of ATMs intended for users of financial services with visual difficulties".
