Financial entities with prior authorization from the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic may distribute up to 60% of distributable results in ten equal, consecutive monthly installments starting June 30, 2025, subject to consistency with monetary stability objectives and capital reporting. The regulation mandates that computations for these distributions and quotas be performed in the homogeneous currency of the assembly date or payment date, while excluding specific peso-linked loan contracts from the Net Global Position in Foreign Currency calculation. These provisions apply to financial entities operating in Argentina and remain in effect until December 31, 2025.
