Correspondence Logbook with the BCRA and SEFyC. Elimination.
___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution which, in its pertinent part, provides:
“1- To repeal the requirement to maintain a 'Correspondence Logbook with the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic and the Superintendence of Financial and Currency Exchange Entities', which was established through Communication A 2934 and subsequently modified according to Communication A 4046.” We salute you, respectfully.
