Extension. ___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to inform that the deadline has been exceptionally extended for submissions of monthly information regimes - duly listed in Communication “A” 7590 (including the R.I. “Measurement and Monitoring of Liquidity Risk” and “Card Payment Acquirers”) - corresponding to the January 2026 period, operating on February 25, 2026. This deadline shall also apply to requirements whose submission aligns with the Information Regime “Debtors of the Financial System” and to quarterly information requirements subject to the monthly regime deadline. Likewise, it is noted that the R.I. “Transparency Chapter II – Module Commissions, Fees and Rates for Users of Financial Services”, Section C - “Composition of the General Exchange Position” corresponding to the R.I. Foreign Exchange Operations, and the requirement “Identification of automated teller machines for financial service users with visual difficulties” will retain their original submission deadline.
