Financial entities and foreign exchange operators must apply adjustments to the Monthly Accounting Report for Foreign Exchange Operations (R.I. - O.C.) effective for submissions on September 2, 2026, covering information from September 1, 2026. The changes modify Section 3.3 regarding the identification of funding sources and financing recipients for specific transaction codes (B04, P12, B27, B31, P26) and update operational instruction 23.2.1.4.d for Field 4, including Annex V integration guidelines. Rectifications required under the underlying regulation must be submitted as complete batches.
