Circular CSSF 18/691 — Update of Circular CSSF 17/668 concerning ESMA Guidelines on MiFID II circuit breakers
Circular CSSF 17/668 is amended to incorporate the revised ESMA procedure ESMA70-156-181 for reporting circuit breaker parameters and to update the associated reporting template. The amendment inserts a deadline of 15 June 2018 for the first annual report by trading venues, while maintaining the 15 January deadline for subsequent years. Annex B of the original circular is superseded by the revised procedure, and references to the reporting template are updated to point to the new electronic version.
