Specialised PFS must transmit annual closing documents exclusively via the eDesk portal, rendering other communication methods unacceptable after the circular's entry into force. Access requires creating user accounts, designating advanced users for validation, and using specified identification means. Day-to-day managers remain responsible for the content, format, and regulatory compliance of the submitted files.
