Circular CSSF 22/800 — Update of Circular CSSF 08/349 on Major Holdings Notification
Circular CSSF 22/800 amends Circular CSSF 08/349 to mandate the use of the eRIIS electronic application for filing major holdings notifications under the Law of 11 January 2008. The previous form (Annex A) is discontinued and no longer accepted from 30 May 2022, requiring shareholders to use the HOS-1 form and issuers to use forms TRA-O1 and TRA-O3 within eRIIS. Notifications must be submitted promptly, with specific deadlines of six trading days following a transaction or four trading days following an issuer's disclosure of events changing the total number of voting rights.
