Circular CSSF 24/862 amends Circular CSSF 24/859 by setting the implementation date of the new secured exchange channel for the notification and enforcement of court orders to 6 November 2024 and adding a technical user guide to Annex 1. This guide details the steps for credit institutions to create, certify, and use a MyGuichet business eSpace for receiving and responding to court orders issued by investigating judges under specific provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The circular also repeals Circular CSSF 13/566, which previously governed the use of the 'e-file' channel for these purposes.
