Circular CSSF 25/871 — Update of Circular CSSF 15/627
Circular CSSF 25/871 amends Circular CSSF 15/627 by publishing its annex separately on the CSSF website and introducing a new monthly U 1.1 reporting requirement for Luxembourg undertakings for collective investment, including UCITS, Part II UCIs, SIFs, and SICARs. The amendments require entities to submit financial, functional, and descriptive data in XML format within 10 calendar days after month-end, with the first report due for the reference month of 30 June 2016. This new obligation repeals the previous monthly financial information requirements under LMI Circular 97/136 and CSSF Circular 07/310.
