Circular CSSF 25/898 — Update of Circular CSSF 07/325 on Provisions Relating to Credit Institutions and Investment Firms of EU Origin
This circular amends Circular CSSF 07/325 by adding a thematic module on UCI administration to the self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) required from credit institutions and investment firms of EU origin established in Luxembourg. Existing SAQ modules are updated to align with supervisory objectives or request information more proportionately based on the nature of banks' activities. The list of SAQ modules and their descriptions has been removed from the circular and is now available on the CSSF website.
