Circular CSSF 26/912 Repeal of Circular IML 91/75 on UCI Rules
This circular repeals Circular IML 91/75, which previously governed the revision and remodelling of rules applicable to Luxembourg undertakings for collective investment (UCI). The repeal is necessitated by changes in the legal framework, including the replacement of certain chapters by other CSSF circulars and the incorporation of others into administrative practice or EU rules. The repeal applies to all Luxembourg UCIs and entities involved in their functioning and control. The measure enters into force with immediate effect.
