Circular D1 2000/4 Regulation on Own Funds of Credit Institutions (Coordinated Version)
The Belgian Banking and Financial Commission confirms that the ministerial amendment of July 4, 2000, modifying the December 5, 1995 regulations on own funds for credit institutions and stockbroking companies, has been approved and published. The Commission has prepared an updated coordinated version of these regulations and related commentaries, which are available on its website and in brochure format. Additionally, the Commission is currently preparing adaptations for the supplementary description tables associated with the modified A scheme.
