Greetings, followed by.,,,. بالإشارة إلى قانون البنك المركزي والجهاز المصرفي رقم 194 لسنة 2020 وكذا الكتاب الدوري المؤرخ 26 مارس 2025 بشأن تحديث القواعد المنظمة لنظام تسجيل الائتمان بالبنك المركزي المصري، حيث تم إلزام البنوك وجهات منح الائتمان بالإقرار عن الائتمان المقدم لعملائهم إلى شركات الاستعلام والتصنيف الائتماني وكذا نظام تسجيل الائتمان بالبنك المركزي وذلك وفقاً للقواعد المعمول بها في هذا الشأن. With reference to the Central Bank and Banking Sector Law No. 194 of 2020 and the circular dated March 26, 2025, regarding the updating of rules governing the credit registration system at the Central Bank of Egypt, banks and credit granting entities were obligated to report credit provided to their customers to credit information and rating agencies, as well as the Central Bank's credit registration system, in accordance with the rules in effect in this regard. وفى ضوء ما تقدم، ونظراً لما تلاحظ من عدم التزام بعض الجهات بالإقرار على النحو المشار إليه، وحرصاً من البنك المركزي على توافر كافة المعلومات الائتمانية عن العملاء بما يعكس موقفهم الائتماني بشكل سليم، الأمر الذي ينعكس إيجاباً على قرار منح الائتمان ويعزز سلامة وإستقرار النظام المصرفى، فبرجاء التوجيه نحو عدم منح أو تجديد التسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة لجهات منح الائتمان غير المصرفى إلا بعد ثبات تكويدهم لدى البنك المركزى و الإقرار لدى شبكة معلومات كلاً من البنك المركزى و الشركة المصرية للاستعلام والتصنيف الائتماني، وبالنسبة للمديونيات القائمة فيتم وضعها تحت التصفية حال عدم قيام تلك الجهات بتوفيق أوضاعها خلال 3 أشهر، ويقع على عاتق البنوك إخطار تلك الجهات بمضمون ما جاء أعاله. In light of the above, and given the observed non-compliance of some entities in reporting as indicated, and out of the Central Bank's concern for the availability of all credit information about customers to accurately reflect their credit position, which positively affects the decision to grant credit and enhances the safety and stability of the banking system, please direct that credit facilities granted to non-bank credit entities should not be granted or renewed unless their coding with the Central Bank is confirmed and reporting to the information network of both the Central Bank and the Egyptian Credit Bureau is established; as for existing debts, they shall be placed under liquidation if those entities fail to rectify their situation within 3 months, and it is the responsibility of the banks to notify those entities of the contents of the above. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الاحترام،،،،.
