Circular dated August 25, 2022 amending the maximum limits for cash withdrawals and deposits
The circular cancels the maximum deposit limits for individuals and companies at bank branches and ATMs. It increases the daily maximum cash withdrawal limit for individuals and companies at bank branches from 50,000 to 150,000 Egyptian pounds, while maintaining the ATM withdrawal limit at 20,000 Egyptian pounds. These changes take effect immediately upon the date of the circular.
