By means of this communication, we are sending sheet 5-A1-1 of the External Operational and Services Circular DSP-155, dated June 25, 2026, corresponding to Annex 1 of Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic of the Payment Systems Manual.

Annex 1 is modified in order to communicate the change reported by the Agricultural Bank of Colombia regarding the Interoperability Tariffs corresponding to Electronic and Assisted Liquidation Payrolls.

The aforementioned change takes effect as of October 1, 2026.
