Circular External No. 041/2017 - Description of Operation M03T - Uncovered PMND Payroll - ACCL
The Central Bank of Bolivia clarifies the description of operation M03T, defined as the transfer of funds requested by the ACCL from a financial entity's account to the clearing account to cover the Multilateral Net Debit Position (PMND). This clarification aligns with the Operational and IT Guide of the Integrated Payment System (LIP) version 1.0 and references Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 134/2015, article 47, subsection i).
