SUBJECT: Program for filling out and sending the Registration Form

Dear Director of Investor Relations,

This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies that, as of this date, the program for filling out and sending the Registration Form will be available, a document provided for in Article 22 of CVM Instruction No. 480/09.

The download can be made from the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section MARKET PARTICIPANTS, item DOCUMENT SUBMISSION, subitem COMPANIES.NET), as well as from that of BM&FBOVESPA (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br, section SHARES, item COMPANIES, subitem FOR COMPANIES, subitem For Listed Cos, subitem COMPANIES.NET).

Pursuant to Article 23 of CVM Instruction No. 480/09, the issuer must proceed to update the Registration Form whenever any of the data contained therein is altered, within 7 (seven) business days counted from the event that caused the alteration.

It is also alerted that, without prejudice to this update, annually, the issuer must confirm, between May 1 and May 31 of each year, that the information contained in the registration form remains valid, as provided for in the sole paragraph of the aforementioned Article 23. This confirmation must be made by sending the Registration Form with the updated data relating to the reference year.

This year, the filling out and sending of the first Registration Form of 2010, through the program now made available, must be done by 05/31/10, even in cases where this document has already been delivered by the IPE System, category "Registration Form - in file".

Exceptionally until 05/31/10, regardless of the sending and updating of the Registration Form, issuers must continue updating their registration data with the CVM, through the Registration Update System (CVMWEB), with the exception of DRI data, which will continue to be updated through the IPE System.

Regarding the content of the Registration Form, it is alerted that, until the availability of a new version of the program, foreign issuers whose independent auditors are registered with a competent body in their country of origin, as permitted by Article 27, item II, letter "b", of CVM Instruction No. 480/09, must fill in the fields relating to the auditor with the data of the independent auditor registered with the CVM who will prepare the special review report, as provided for in Article 27, paragraph 2, of CVM Instruction No. 480/09.
