Rio de Janeiro, February 10, 2011.
Subject: Exceptional extension of the deadline for sending monthly documents of investment funds regulated by Instruction 409/2004, relating to the month of February 2011.

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to Article 71, item II of CVM Instruction No. 409/04, the administrator must submit, through the Document Submission System available on the CVM's website on the worldwide computer network, the following documents monthly, up to 10 (ten) days after the end of the month to which they refer:
a. balance sheet b. statement of portfolio composition and diversification
c. monthly profile

However, considering the accumulation of holidays at the beginning of March 2011, the CVM Collegiate Body, in a meeting held on 08/02/2011, exceptionally extended the final deadline for submitting the aforementioned documents, relating to the month of February 2011, to March 15, 2011.
