SUBJECT: Manual exchange

It is hereby informed that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 295/2003, of November 21, and Bank of Portugal Notice No. 13/2003, of December 16, authorized entities are responsible for requesting the special registration of the contracts referred to in the aforementioned article.
For this purpose, the registration request must be addressed to the Markets and Reserve Management Department, located at Av. Almirante Reis, No. 71, 4th floor, 1150-012 Lisbon.
