Article 55 of Decree Law No. 3,500 of 1980 establishes that the Financial Market Commission must indicate the interest rate for updating that will be used for the calculation of the capitals that finance the reference pensions of affiliates to the pension system, created by the aforementioned decree law, who are in conditions to generate invalidity or survivorship pensions.
