Waiver of the submission of information relating to the compulsory reserve/required deposit on the granting of guarantee, surety or other guarantees, addressed by Circular No. 2563 of 27.04.95.

Taking into account the issuance of Circular No. 2704 of 03.07.96, we communicate that the institutions mentioned in Article 2 of Circular No. 2563 of 27.04.95 are exempted from sending to the Central Bank the statement disclosed by Circular Letter No. 2542 of 05.05.95, for purposes of the compulsory reserve/required deposit on the granting of guarantee, surety or other guarantees in loan/financing operations between non-financial natural or legal persons.
