Circular Letter No. 3197 — Discloses technical parameters for data provision and fulfillment of information detail requests within the National Financial System Client Registry (CCS)

CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003197

Discloses technical parameters necessary for the provision of data and for the fulfillment of requests for information details within the scope of the National Financial System Client Registry - CCS.

Considering the provisions of § 1 of art. 3 of Circular 3,287, of July 21, 2005, we communicate the hours to be observed by reporting institutions, for the sending of daily update files and for the fulfillment of requests for details:

I - Daily update file: sending of the file to the Central Bank of Brazil at the following hours:
a) from 20:00 to 24:00; b) from 01:00 to 08:00.

II - Fulfillment of requests for details at the following hours:

a) receipt of requests - from 10:00 to 19:00; b) responses to requests - by 08:00 on the next business day.

The other technical requirements and parameters are available in the "Technical Orientation" document, on the Central Bank of Brazil's page on the Internet, at the electronic address http://www.bcb.gov.br, in the following menu: "National Financial System/CCS - National Financial System Client Registry/Technical Orientation".

3. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
