CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003261

Discloses Instructions for the Registration of Credit Operations in the Public Sector Credit Operations Registry System (Cadip).

1. The contracting of credit operations within the scope of the Interventions Program - Provias, governed by Article 9-F of Resolution 2,827 of March 30, 2001, included by Resolution 3,365 of April 26, 2006, and Article 9-G, included by Resolution 3,372 of June 16, 2006, are extended until June 30, 2007, as established in Resolution 3,429 of December 26, 2006.

2. The contracting of credit operations destined for the BNDES Financing Line for the Modernization of the Administration of Revenues and Fiscal, Financial, and Patrimonial Management of State Administrations, governed by Article 9-H of Resolution 2,827 of March 30, 2001, included by Resolution 3,430 of December 26, 2006, must be registered in the Central Bank Information System - Sisbacen through transaction PDIP500, Option 1, Action 1, in Modality 83 - "State Fiscal Management Modernization - Resolution 3,430/06".

3. The operations referred to in the previous item may be contracted until June 30, 2009, and, upon registration in Cadip, the number of the authorization document issued by the responsible Agency(ies) for its analysis and approval must be informed in the "Legal Authorization" field.

4. The consultation of values contracted in Modality 83 is available in transaction PDIP550, option 14, Reports/Other Queries, using the report "Resolution 3,430/06 Contracting State Fiscal Management Modernization".
