Circular Letter No. 3279 - Cadip System: Instructions for Registering Credit Operations under the Caminho da Escola Program

CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003279

Sistema de Registro de Operações de Crédito com o Setor Público - Cadip.
Divulga instruções para o registro de contratações de operações de crédito do Programa Caminho da Escola.

The credit operations intended for the acquisition of specific vehicles for the transport of students from basic education in public schools of states and municipalities, within the scope of the Caminho da Escola Program, with a financing line from BNDES, as provided for in Article 9-J of Resolution 2,827 of March 30, 2001, added by Resolution 3,453 of April 26, 2007, must be registered in the Sistema de Registro de Operações de Crédito com o Setor Público - Cadip, through transaction PDIP500 of Sisbacen, option 1, action 1, in Modality 22 - "Resolution 3.453/07 Caminho da Escola Program Contracts."

2. The aforementioned operations may be contracted until December 31, 2009, observing all other conditions established in Resolution 3.453/07. When registering the operation in Cadip, the number of the document authorizing the contract, issued by the National Treasury Secretariat, must be entered in the "Legal Authorization" field.

3. The consultation of contracted values in Modality 22 is available in transaction PDIP550, option 14, Reports/Other Queries, using the report "Resolution 3.453/07 Contr. Prg. Caminho da Escola."

4. Any doubts may be resolved by the Department of Indirect Supervision and Information Management (Desig), through the Division of Information on Credit, Risks and Financial Applications - Desig/Difin, at phones (61) 3414-2830, 3414-2831, and 3414-2812.
