Circular Letter No. 3321 — Discloses Instructions for Registering Credit Operations with the Public Sector in the Cadip System

CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003321

Discloses instructions for the registration of credit operations contracts in the System for Registration of Credit Operations with the Public Sector (Cadip).

1. Credit operations for environmental sanitation, governed by Article 9-B, item VI, of Resolution 2,827 of March 30, 2001, included by Resolution 3,437 of January 22, 2007, amended by Resolution 3,542 of February 28, 2008, must be registered in Sisbacen - Central Bank Information System, through transaction PDIP500, Option 1, Action 1, in Modality 93 - "Resolution 3,437/07 3,542/08 - limit contracts item VI".

2. Credit operations contracts within the scope of the Public Power Housing Assistance Program - Pró-Moradia, governed by Article 9-I of Resolution 2,827 of 2001, included by Resolution 3,438 of January 22, 2007, amended by Resolution 3,466 of June 29, 2007, which included PMI, by Resolution 3,529 of January 18, 2008, and by Resolution 3,542 of 2008, must be registered in Sisbacen through transaction PDIP500, Option 1, Action 1, in Modality 02 - "Res. 3438/07 3466/07 3529/08 3542/08 Contr. Pró-Moradia/PMI".

3. Financing operations contracts for Transpetro, linked to the Program for Modernization and Expansion of the Ship Fleet (PROMEF), governed by item IX, paragraph 1, of Article 9 of Resolution 2,827 of 2001, included by Resolution 3,439 of January 30, 2007, must be registered in Sisbacen through transaction PDIP500, Option 1, Action 1, in Modality 99 - "Resolution 3,439/07 - contracts item IX - Transpetro".

4. Upon registration in Cadip of the operations referred to in the previous items, the number of the document proving qualification/authorization issued by the responsible Agency(ies) for its analysis and approval must be informed in the "Legal Authorization" field.

5. The consultation of contracted values in Modalities 93, 02, and 99 is available in transaction PDIP550, option 14, through the use of the reports "Res 3,437/07 3,542/08 limit contracts item VI", "Res 3438/07 3466/07 3529/08 3542/08 Contr. Pró-Moradia/PMI" and "Resolution 3,439/07 contr. inc. IX - Transpetro".

7. Circular Letter 3,292 of January 24, 2008 is hereby revoked.
