In accordance with the sole paragraph of Article 5 of Circular No. 3,290 of September 5, 2005, we disclose the layout to be adopted for providing information to competent authorities, when requested, observing the provisions of Circular No. 3,461 of July 24, 2009.
I - "AGENCIAS": must contain the data of the branches of the financial institution maintaining the investigated accounts, the branches maintaining the accounts with which transactions were carried out, and the branches in which transactions occurred between the aforementioned accounts;
II - "CONTAS": must identify the bank accounts whose banking secrecy was lifted in accordance with Complementary Law No. 105 of January 10, 2001, covering the investigated bank accounts and those with which transactions were carried out;
III - "TITULARES": must identify the individuals, natural or legal, who are holders, legal representatives, and attorneys of the bank accounts whose banking secrecy was lifted in accordance with Complementary Law No. 105 of 2001, covering the investigated bank accounts and those with which transactions were carried out;
IV - "EXTRATO": must identify the entries related to the investigated accounts; and
V - "ORIGEM_DESTINO": must identify the source(s) or destination(s) of funds related to an entry reported in the "EXTRATO" file.

VI - numeric type fields must contain only numbers, without formatting (dots, hyphens, slashes, commas, among others). When the content of these fields is a monetary value, it must always be reported up to the second decimal place. It is not necessary to report leading zeros. Examples: 100,00 report 10000; 10.023,03 report 1002303; 0,00 report 000.
Financial institutions must be prepared to provide the information under the conditions now disclosed, within a period of up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the date of publication of this circular letter.
The deadlines and forms of response and forwarding of the information established by the requesting authority must be observed. Any changes will be handled directly between the financial institution and the requesting authority.
Financial institutions may use integrated information systems for validation, transmission, reception, and control of compliance with the information provided for in this circular letter, observing security requirements.
This circular letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
Circular Letter No. 3,254 of December 8, 2006 is revoked.
