Circular Letter No. 3523 — Discloses Procedures Regarding Compulsory Collection on Sold Foreign Exchange Position

fx

Financial institutions accessing the Reserve Transfer System via the National Financial System Network must use the RCO Service Group with "CodRCO" set to "13 - Sold Foreign Exchange Position". Institutions not accessing via this network must use the PRCO500 transaction in Sisbacen. These institutions must not send the RCO0002 message, as the Central Bank calculates exigibility from existing data. They may query positions via the CAM0050 message after grid closing. This circular enters into force upon publication and revokes Circular Letter No. 3.496.
