RESOLVE:
Art. 1 Operations classified under the modalities of Rural Credit and Real Estate Financing, currently reported in the Free Resources Credit segment of document code 3050, shall integrate the Directed Resources Credit segment, with reclassification to the specific modalities of Rural Credit with Market Rates and Real Estate Financing with Market Rates, respectively. The new procedure for classifying information shall enter into force considering the date of October 31, 2014, as the reference.
Art. 2 Operations classified under the modalities of Controlled Rural Credit, Housing Financing for Acquisition and Construction of Residences, and Housing Financing of document code 3050, contained in the Directed Credit segment, shall be reported as Rural Credit with Regulated Rates, regarding rural credit, and Real Estate Financing with Regulated Rates, regarding financing. The new procedure for classifying information shall enter into force considering the date of October 31, 2014, as the reference.
Art. 3 Operations carried out in excess of the limits for special checks and guaranteed accounts, reported under the Other Free Credits modality of document code 3050, must be reclassified into the respective specific modalities of Special Check and Guaranteed Account, respecting the type of financial charge provided in the contract. Art. 9 Items 1 and 2 of letter “b” of item I of Article 12 of Circular Letter No. 3,540 of February 23, 2012, are revoked, effective October 31, 2014.
