The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), in the exercise of the authority conferred by Art. 23, item I, clause “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, based on Art. 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Circular Letter No. 3,567 of December 12, 2011,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 § 3 of Art. 3 of Circular Letter No. 3,763 of March 31, 2016, shall be in effect with the following wording:
“§ 3 The records related to § 1, which are made by June 30, 2016, and the records mentioned in § 2, observed the deadlines established therein, may, alternatively, be carried out by means of sending a file, necessarily including the most recent stage of the process and its respective date, whose layout is available at the electronic address mentioned in Art. 1 of this Circular Letter.” (NR)
