The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), using the authority conferred by Article 23, item I, letter "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Resolution No. 4,549, of January 26, 2017, Circular No. 3,567, of December 12, 2011, and Circular Letter No. 3,767, of May 23, 2016,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1º The new versions of the Layout of Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data, available on the Central Bank of Brazil's website at the electronic address http://www.bcb.gov.br/?DOC3040, shall enter into force according to the schedule specified below:
I - as of the reference date of April/2017:

Art. 2º This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
