The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), substitute, in the exercise of the authority conferred by Article 23, item I, letter "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Resolution No. 4,549, of January 26, 2017, and Circular No. 3,567, of December 12, 2011,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1. A new version of the Layout of Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data, available on the Central Bank of Brazil's website at the electronic address http://www.bcb.gov.br/?DOC3040, shall enter into force, effective as of the May 2017 data base.
Art. 2. The subdomain "18 - credit card - not migrated" was included in the Annex of the Layout of Document 3040, in the domain "02 - Loans", of the table "Annex 3: Operation Modality".
Art. 3. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
