Article 1. The website of the Central Bank of Brazil (http://www.bcb.gov.br/) is established as the repository of operational procedures for the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen).

Article 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.

Article 3. Circular Letter No. 3,444, of April 19, 2010, and Circular Letter No. 3,520, of August 29, 2011, are revoked.
