Circular Letter No. 3826 — Provisions on Administrative Appeals Sent to the Special Appeals Commission under the Agricultural Activity Guarantee Program (Proagro)

The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop), using the powers conferred by Article 23, item I, letter 'a', of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, in view of letter 'm' of Item 3 of Section 1 of Chapter 16 of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR),

RESOLVES:

Art. 1. Information relating to administrative appeals sent to the Special Appeals Commission (CER), within the scope of the Agricultural Activity Guarantee Program (Proagro), must be registered on the page of the Rural Credit and Proagro Operations System (Sicor), or transmitted according to the formatting indicated in the definition files (".xsd") available in the "Rural Credit" area on the website of the Central Bank of Brazil, as the beneficiaries' appeals are received and addressed to the CER.

Sole Paragraph. Information relating to administrative appeals to the CER received by the date of publication of this Circular Letter, pending decision by the CER, must also be registered in Sicor, as set forth in the caput, by October 31, 2017.

Art. 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
