Circular Letter No. 3.844

The Deputy Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), using the authority conferred upon him by art. 23, item I, subitem “a”, of the Internal Rules of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Administrative Order No. 84.287, of 27 February 2015, based on art. 77, item III, of the aforementioned Rules, and in accordance with the provisions of art. 4 of Circular No. 3.742, of 8 January 2015,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1 The Article 3 of Circular Letter No. 3.694, of 06 February 2015, shall henceforth have the following wording:

“Art. 3 The communication of waiver of submission of information and of its resumption, referred to, respectively, in art. 2, item VII, and the sole paragraph of that same article of Circular No. 3.742, of 2015, shall be recorded in the “Registration” menu, “Manual Waiver Registration” option of the Document Submission Control (CRD) system, available for access on the Central Bank of Brazil's website on the internet, at the electronic address https://www3.bcb.gov.br/crd.” (NR)

Art. 2 This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
